102nd Place N - Part 2

These before and after pictures are a true testament of making smart remodeling choices that will not only enhance the aesthetic but increase the functionality far greater. It also proves you can remodel on a budget and increase the value of the home if you make smart choices, hire the right people, and (tooting our own horn here) capitalize on our trade discounts.

After a project is completed we often hear "why didn't we do this sooner?" or some rendition of that. We always laugh at this because it is so true, I have even done this myself. In the first home I owned I didn't get a dishwasher until months before moving out...wanting one before that for 10 years!

Another thing we love to hear is how much we helped and how they are a customer for life. This makes us so proud of what we do and energized for the next client and tackling their project.

CLIENT INTERVIEW:

Q- Why did you use an Interior Designer?

A -"We used an interior designer because we were too overwhelmed with options. We just could not make a decision, which is honestly such a frustrating place to be. Our interior designer helped us narrow our ideas, prioritize projects, and ultimately, make decisions."

Q- What was your #inspiration and what is your design style? A - "I would say our style is nature inspired and practical. Are those styles??"

Q- What advice would you give concerning #remodeling? A - "Know what’s really important to you in your design/remodel and what isn’t as important. That will help you know where to spend extra and where you can save. Also, have someone help you prioritize projects. Jeanna and team were absolutely invaluable to us for this."

Q- What would you do differently? A - "I really would not change anything." Q- what was your favorite part? A - "The first day of remodel and the last day were the best! Also it was so fun to go through designs and selections that Jeanna put together." Q- Describe the remodel only using movie titles:) A - "Ferris Bueller’s Day Off...because once we decided what we wanted, we didn’t have to do anything! (Other than write a couple of checks of course!)"
