Living Room Reinvention- Bair part 1
Referred by past client, Heidi Croatt, Jacquie Bair desperately wanted to bring her Maple Grove home into this decade and feeling as new as all the new construction homes in her neighborhood. She wanted help on selecting new exterior colors for siding and fascia (insurance replacements from a storm), but also let me know that there would be additional phases of projects inside.
To be honest, after the first initial exterior consult I didn't think I would hear from her again. She asked how I made my money and was confused as to how I worked. She didn't understand why I would pass along my trade discounts to my clients if I could be making the mark up money as my own. I think she thought I was too good to be true and that I wouldn't deliver what I was promising.
So I was surprised when she reached back out to help with her projects!
As things usually go, it started out as the living room built-ins to fireplace tile, to new kitchen back splash and hardware (to tie into new fireplace facade), new lighting, paint, and refinishing of hardwood floors.
