Design Tip Tuesday: E-Design Process

E-Design
E-Design is Pinnacle's version of Interior Design done fully online. It's a more affordable option then our in person services and better yet, it's a one time fee. There are a wide variety of packages to choose from to better suit your needs. This can include lighting, paint, furniture, inspiration and staging.
We understand needing kid or pet friendly designs, a budget, and the value of time! We will get to know how you/your family uses your space(s), the dimensions of the area, any remaining pieces that will stay in the room, so when we select items for the space it's what you never knew you wanted...and that's the magic of using an E-Designer!
Breaking Down the Packages
In total there are 10 packages ranging in prices from $50 - $499.
When you're looking to purchase a package we recommend taking a look around your project room and review what you need the most. Is your furniture 10 years old? Have you ever painted since moving into your home? Is your artwork all hand-me-downs? From there you can determine which package offers you the most bang for your buck.
If you're looking through the packages and you can't decide, one of the packages is a custom one where you're able to fill out a few questions and from there we can help guide you to which package you should buy. Or we may come up with an entirely new package for you with a different price point! We'll work with you to make sure you get the best PID experience no matter the package you buy!
Once you purchase a package we'll need a few things from you. Most importantly, we'll need your budget, timeline for design, pictures of the space, a list of what furniture/decor pieces that are staying and also what new pieces you'll be needing. We'll also need measurements of the space (each wall, window, fireplace, etc.) measurements of the furniture that's staying, and inspiration photos (Inspiration photos are a huge help!). We'll also ask you how you use your space, type of home, and what your space functions as. This can include who uses the space for instance kids, pets, elderly, or young adults, etc. We'll ask what a few of your favorite stores are so we can source from there, your color preferences, and the mood/function you're hoping to achieve.

Lighting

Staging / Inspiration
These boards are best suited for individuals looking to add a few small touches to their spaces such as plants, artwork, throw pillows/blankets, books, mirrors, etc. Or maybe you have a certain design idea in mind but can't quite figure out how to achieve it. That's where we can put together a board with touches you're looking for with the functionality you're looking for within your space.

Room Design
These packages can be broken down into the size of your room/your needs. If you have a living room and need all new furniture, I'd recommend purchasing the Premium package because it has 2 mood boards and 2 revisions, color palette, and an itemized floor plan. This helps insure you get the room of your dreams with all of the perks within the package. If you're doing a living room with a mixture of old and new furniture, this would come down to the Lite and Standard packages. If you don't need a ton of new furniture than I would choose the Lite package, but if you need more than 3 pieces of furniture I'd recommend the Standard Package.
