-Installing the faux hanging succulents
When one of my preferred contractors, Scott, reached out asking for help with his own basement remodel I was flattered. I am sure many people think that a contractor or Interior Designers homes are amazing... and some are, but the majority of us are too busy with our client's homes to be working on our own.
He wanted to turn a tuck under garage into a second bedroom, reconfigure the current bedroom, make a new, updated family room space, put a bathroom in, make a closed off storage space, and reconfigure the laundry room.
I gave him some fireplace wall design options, talked flooring options/paint colors and
agreed that I would finish off the space when his construction portion was done.

Construction done...now onto to staging!
When Scott let me know that his part of the job was complete I was so excited to get in there and finish it off so they can finally have a finished space that is just as nice as all the space we create together for our clients!
Scott gave me a budget and absolute free reign!
Hailey and I got right to work curating items and I even found two original art prints in Iowa while on a gymnastics travel meet that I knew would be perfect.
Hid the electrical panel with a mirror!
