Orchid Lane N (Maple Grove) - Part 4
In this 4 part series I talked about how we remodeled two bathrooms at the same time for a long time client’s son and his family.
The staging was done entirely by Hailey and she did such a good job bringing these spaces to life.
When you do neutral all the way, you need to bring in color, texture, pattern to bring the space to life.
There is very good reason to keep everything neutral in a high traffic area. Not only is it easier to clean, but it will last longer. No one goes into a remodel thinking, “I will just do this all over again in a few years.” At least not a full gut and remodel!
After Pictures:
One of my favorite parts of this space was the custom built in Pro Design Custom Cabinetry did.
We did have to wait FOREVER for it to be finished because drawers (most shops order their drawers in) went from a 2 week lead time to 6-8 weeks.
With that being said, good things come to those who wait!
It looks identical to the furniture vanity we ordered from Wayfair. We matched the door style, proportion, paint color, and leg style.
Another favorite in this space was the pendant lights. So many people just do the vanity lights above the mirrors and that’s great, but this space could facilitate the pendants and with a modern/Scandinavian style, it seemed a perfect fit.
