Plymouth Master Bath - Part 1

Word of mouth referrals are what keeps PID in business! So, when I got a lead for a bathroom remodel from a former client I was excited because I really liked those clients and I knew they would only be friends with awesome people!!

The clients wanted a simple, modern bathroom design from their current outdated space. They said from the very first meeting that they don’t need anything fancy, just modern neutral elements that can be brought to life with subtle influence, like plants.

We couldn’t change the layout, so I wanted to make sure the design was very substantial and impactful.

As with so many clients, these parents-homeowners-employees-spouses put so many things before themselves and the excitement to have an awesome space to retreat to meant so much to them... which made us driven to deliver that for them.

I knew that I wanted a modern vibe, but also add in timeless elements because I knew this was a one time splurge for these young parents, who I come to find out foster kids.

This knowledge made me respect and admire them so much more!

When I think timeless I go straight to Carrara Marble. So incorporating that into the design was a must. This was going to be executed in the vanity top and shower pan.

I had intern Catherine on this project and she aided in making selections. She was so excited that the homeowners choose some of the things so had picked out for them. It was exiting for me to see her pride in her work and feel what it is like to help deliver people their dream spaces!
