Plymouth Master Bath
Referred by a past customer, this space was in need of some love. As with most young, professional parents, it was the last space to be updated and they were so very ready (and deserving) to create a tranquil retreat to enjoy just for themselves. We made subtle, yet stunning design choices that put a modern twist on a otherwise transitional feeling design.
South Minneapolis Laundry Room & Powder
When I got the request to help make an unfinished laundry room finished I was excited for a few reasons. First, I knew the clients and second they had a very modern style and that was going to be refreshing from what I had been doing then. We made a previously nonexistent powder bathroom that is not only functional, but fun. This one went from seen as scary to unexpected.
South Minneapolis Kitchen Remodel
Mixing business with pleasure can be hard and sometimes something to avoid, but when my long time close friend enlisted me to design their kitchen I was humbled and excited! They wanted to keep with the architectural of their bungalow home and make sure you didn't walk in and have open concept, but have it feel out of place. They had another good friend to do the construction end and we worked as a team to get them their space as soon as possible.
Rogers Main Floor Remodel
When a visit about what I do at a kid's sports practice turns into a major renovation... that is what happened on this project. The client's paired with PID and Stoltz Installation & Carpentry to keep their style and warm tones but get rid of ugly wall paper, numerous floors, unfunctional layout, and laminate counters. This transitional space was all created during unprecedented times and raised their spirits once it was completed.
Blaine Master Bath
Spa like. A very common heard term in the home remodeling business. When these clients asked for a spa-like master bathroom I knew immediately what feature tile, colors, and finishes I wanted to design with. They were completely on board and this dream of many years came to fruition.
Edina Kitchen Update
After thoughtful consideration of what level of remodeling is best, PID paired with Landmark remodeling to give this kitchen a much need breath of fresh life. These transplant Minnesotans bought the house for the area and schools and knew there were less than desirable spaces that had to be temporarily overlooked. I think it's safe to say it not only made the homeowners overjoyed, but it will make re-sale a breeze!
Affordable Plymouth Remodel
First time home owners and new parents trusted Tschida Construction and myself to remodel their first floor public space into a functional and affordable solution! Utilizing trade discounts, cost effective alternatives, and a little homeowner DIY we spent way less than you can guess without sacrificing style.
(Another) Portland, OR E-Design
Moving into a new build is so exciting...a fresh start. And what better way than to start new with all furniture, art, and staging?!? With a southwest modern inspiration we made this blank slate a canvas of numerous colors, textures, and patterns.
Minnetonka Main Floor
Removing 4 walls to make a compartmentalized space open concept is no easy feat. We moved the dining room to a previous office and allowed for a much bigger kitchen with an expansive island. We made a necessary header a design focal point and curated a lighting package that proved to be the icing on the cake.
Maple Grove Mid-Century
Good thing my clients trust me because when I suggested all the changes and selections they didn't bat an eye! Taking out a kitchen wall opened everything up and made the perfect canvas to make this masterpiece!
New Brighton Bathrooms
Both bathrooms outdated and cramped, we updated, created more functional space as well as added creature comforts such as in floor heat and recessed tiled niches.
Lake home dream realized
When the dream becomes a reality! Honored to have helped with the first renovation of the Cass Lake beachfront oasis.
Portland, OR E-Design
Sometimes a brand new build isn't everything you want and with a few key changes we took it from spec home nice to custom build feel.
Main Floor Remodel
Gutting and remodeling an entire level is not easy on the budget or daily family life, but these clients handled it like champs and ended up with a truly stunning space!
Fish Lake Labor of Love
When one room turns into every room in the house! Retired clients wanted their next house to reflect their life...comfortable, welcoming, and farmhouse meets cabin. So far we've nailed it!
Chaska finished basement
A blank canvas of new construction made the options for finishing this basment endless and so fun to create a space tailerd specifically to my clients! Shiplap walls, french doors, floating shelves, gold accents, barn door, navy island...features for days.
Rice Lake Bathroom
After an ice dam and substantial leaking these homeowners took the opportunity to not only fix the problem...but make their master bath they have been dreaming of.
Plymouth, MN flip
Along with The Kingdom Builders, we turned an outdated suburban home into a retreat with surprisig details in glass tile, lighting, and color pallettes.
Fridley Change up
Not all projects go smoothly...but these clients did a lot of the work themselves in conjunction with Landmark Remodeling to remodel a kitchen and turned a dilapidated porch into a beautiful dining room!
Finish Our Basmement
Along with Tschida Construction, we made an unfinished basement the talk of he neighborhood! The client's trusted me with every idea and we made a space that is truly meant to entertain!
Out with the old and in the new. This project had some design challenges but we attacked them and made them a part of our solution.
Almost empty nesters
After putting kids through college taking the financial leap of a major renovation can be scary, but this Ham Lake home went from outdated and small feeling, to new build feel.
Eden Prairie en suite
Gut and start over.. that's what we did for a couple who have wanted a new master suite for years. Landmark Remodeling made my vision come to life and two very happy clients motivated for their next room to tackle!
ND Farmhouse Revival
Modernizing a historical home into the owner's personal taste has a responsibility to keep the integrity intact. These before and after show how bold color and period pieces paired with modern day accents of furniture helped achieve just that.
tiny guest bath
This (once) small guest bath was an eye sore that the homeowners were excited and nervous about tackling. Along with the contractor, we decided to use space from a hall closet and adjacent bedroom closet to open the space up. Add in some contemporary features and this bathroom is embarrassing no more!
Lake Minnetonka Flip
With a beautiful backdrop of Lake Minnetonka, this fixer upper was a dream to update and with custom built storage, stunning fireplaces, and sophisticated lighting, it was an amazing finished product!
Tackling an entire cabin remodel from 3 hours away was a challenge, but the end results by far exceeded all of our expectations with blending lake life with fixer upper farmhouse style.
Not every fixer-upper farm house inspired kitchen is white shaker cabinets...this version is warm and ready to do some serious baking.
